Bedell, McCormack & Lodge Development Group (BMLDG) is a small group of friends and industry leaders, who joined forces in 2022 to form the lake anna based real estate development corporation known as BMLDG. The principals of BMLDG built their business on a legacy of honesty, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail—qualities embodied by our personal lives and beliefs.

The excellence associated with the BMLDG brand, which is exemplified in a diversified real estate portfolio of residential, commercial, Income producing rentals, new home builds and land acquisition. BMLDG is a talented team of professionals with experience that encompasses all aspects of the development, construction, brokerage, and property acquisition management process.

Prolific and accomplished over the past 40+ years, BMLDG principals have successfully developed over 100 real estate projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Lake Anna area.
